It is the beginning of a new week and time to make a plan on how to ‘use’ this week. I don’t mean your typical to-do list (although I will be making on of those too) I am talking about goals, affirmations, you objective of this week. I am a firm believer in Positive Affirmations, they are what helped me out of a horrible depression so many years ago. There are people that think they are silly, that it is ‘all in your head’ – well, yeah- that’s the point! No one can explain it better than Louise L. Hay. it was her books and flash cards that helped me heal. I have gotten out of the habit of doing this so I am setting today as my official “Affirmation Monday”. I will share some of my weekly goals/affirmations and would love to hear yours!
I will finish at least one client site by Friday.
I will cook dinner every night.
I will drink more water.
I will try to show more affection to my husband.
I will be proud of the work I do and not be my own worst critic.
So those are my affirmations for the week, very simple, yet for me they are all going to have to be worked on, they are areas of my life that need to be fixed or mended. I haven’t heard of positive affirmations before, but it’s an excellent principle to adopt and live by – thanks for sharing, I’ll try it!

I have just purchased a Kindle and I can’t get my hands on a cover for it because Amazon hasn’t made them available to Australian Residents. Not the most intelligent move there guys, should probably get that fixed.
